Very beautiful and clean hotel. Staff and room service were great. We could hear some noise from the fridge and they replaced it straight away. Hotel is located at very convenient spot and all the touristic places are access by foot or public transport. We’d stay here again if we come back to Korea!

The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation needs, and they patiently answered all our questions. The property is well located and felt quite safe. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The only downside was that noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways could be heard.

Room was elaborate, but some furniture looked badly worn and scraped edges. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was impressive. Registration at lobby was very cramped, crowded and unimpressive, but agents were very kind.
