All good except no food.

This is a nice comfortable hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All good except for the food service. The restaurant closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15. Similarly room service ceased at 9pm so couldn’t get anything to eat. Very disappointing.

Very convenient to access public transportation , walkable to big shopping center, local cafes .. Also it has laudary equipment to use anytime, so thoughtful . Staff are nice as well

Very good stay at this hotel. The only negative aspect at the end was that the frontdesk was unable to order us a suitable taxi for us three with our luggage. So, we stayed outside in the rain and were trying to find a taxi. This took some time and was killing the mood. Uncool ending of a nice stay! I expect a more professional approach from the frontdesk to support guest needs.

급하게 묵은 곳. 식당은 하나 밖에 없었다. 호텔이라기보다 결혼식을 주로 하는 곳. 객실은 깔끔했으나 담배 쩐내가 심했다. 바닥 카페트와 커튼이 지속적으로 오랫동안 담배 냄새에 노출된듯. 에어컨은 오래돼서 소음이 아주 심하다.

또 이용하고 싶은 곳~ 청결도 너무 마음에 들었어요^^

병원 검사 및 외래 때문에 예약했는데 청결도 친절도도 시설도 너무 마음에 들었어요^^ 병원 때문에 간 거라 자차 이용 안 하고 대중교통 이용 했는데 신도림 역에서 조금 걸어야 하지만 멀지도 않고 걷기 적당한 거리라 괜찮았어요. 방문자가 있어서 주차 문의 하니 호텔 내 지하 주차장에 주차 하면 된다고 하더라고요. 그리고 보통 조식 잘 안 먹는데 이옹해 보니 조식도 괜찮았어요. 다음에 친구들이랑 호캉스 할 때 또 이용하려고요

There was a random leaf in the floor of our room when we first walked in, and the hotel slippers were nowhere to be found so we had to call housekeeping to get us two pairs. Other than that, the hotel experience was good. However, there isn’t a convenience store within a few minutes walking distance which was a hassle as we had to walk out at least more than seven minutes to get to one.
