너무 힘든 하루였음

숙소배정부터 사진과 다른방에 청소상태도 문제있고 프론트 전화도 안되서 내려가서 방은 바꿨지만 올라와보니 신청한뷰가 아니라 또 방 바꿈. 업그레이드는 했지만 청소상태 안좋고 가운은 찢어져 있고 ㅜㅜ 아이스버킷도 없고 다 직접 프론트 내려가야 했음. 예전엔 괜찮았는데 문제가 심각해짐.

추천하지 않는 이유.

1. 공식홈페이지와 예약사이트 등 안내 내용이 전혀 달라서 혼선이 많아 체크인시 시간이 많이 지체되었음. 2. 객실 정비가 특히 최악. 노후화 된 부분은 충분히 이해하지만, 기본적인 청소상태가 불량함. 먼지가 심각하게 많아서 알러지반응이 일어났고, 하루종일 환기를 시켰어야했음. 모든 유리창, 거울, 테이블에 손자국과 얼룩이 그대로임. 이전 손님이 끼워놓고 간 휴지조각도 그대로 끼워져있었음. 3. 기본 제공 어메니티가 터무니없이 부족. 친환경의 개념으로 제공하지않는다는것은 핑계같을 정도로 아~무것도 없음. 여성은 머리가 길어 샴푸 하나면 1박2일이 부족함에도, 추가로 요청하면 원래 주는게 아닌데 준다는 식으로 전달해줌. 참고로 물은 1박당 2병으로 원하면 밖에서 사먹어야함. 4. 노후화 된 것들에 대한 관리가 전혀 없음. 오래되어 생전 처음보는 방식으로 사용해야하는 샤워기, 카드를 끼워넣어야하는 엘리베이터. 객실키도 복제카드처럼 생긴 카드이고, 호텔 로고 등이 전혀 없음. 이건 라마다 브랜드의 문제가 아닌 소유자의 관리 소홀인것 같음. 스파, 웨딩에만 관심을 두고 있음. 가성비라고 여기기엔 불편함이 너무 많아서 오히려 돈을 더 많이 지불한 느낌임.

라마다 서울 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

잦은 출장으로 하루 숙박합니다. 조용하고 침구류도 만족합니다. 덕분에 꿀잠잤네요 단점은 치약칫솔은 따로 구매를 해야하며 시설이 좀 오래되었다는것 그리고 냉장고가 작고 안시원했어요 나머지는 만족합니다.

라마다 선정릉

교통이 편리해서 좋았어요 시설은 오래되어서 불편한 점 있지만 위치가 좋아서 맘에 들어요. 피트니스도 사용가능해요 2번 이용하고 6박이상 했는데 늘 시티뷰네요ㅠ 다음엔 선정릉뷰면 좋겠네요

인테리어나 시설이나 지어진지 좀 된 호텔이다보니까 조명이 깜박거리고, 갑자기 문이랑 엘리베이터에서 카드키가 인식되지 않고, 전화기가 작동하지않는 등의 불편함이 있었어요. 다행히 프론트에서 요청 사항을 잘 들어주시더라구요. 지하철 역이 바로 앞에 있다는 점은 편리했어요.

무난하지만 아쉬움이 많았던 숙박시설ㅠㅠ

도로와 인접해있어 차소리가 크게들리며 샤워기는 사이 틈이 생겨 물이 옆으로 한두줄 새어 불편함이 있었습니다. 바닥이 카페트라 슬리퍼를 이용해야했는데 3인이 갔는데 슬리퍼 수건 물등이 2인세팅이 되어있어 아쉬웠습니다. 밤중에 어디서 들리는지 모를 벽두들기는 소리와 떠드는소리가 크게 들려 방음도 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 대중교통 접근성은 매우 좋으며 찾기에 쉽다는 큰 장점이 있습니다. 혼자 하루 일때문에 묵으신다면 추천하지만 부모님을 모시고간다면 더 검색해보고 좋은 컨디션의 호텔로 갈것같습니다.

금연방인데도 새벽에 담배냄새가 다른방에서 환기구 타고 들어와서 잠이 깼네요.. 냄새도 묘하게 이상하고 구석구석 먼지도 많이 있구요.. 역시 후기 안좋은덴 이유가 있네요

오래 된 호텔이니 감안하고 숙박했습니다만. 콘센트나 다리미 등 곳곳에 먼지가 뽀얗게 있어요...ㅠㅠ 체크인시 조식 포함인데도 시간이나 장소 등 기본적인 안내를 전혀 안해주더군요. 이런저런 서비스 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 조식 맛은 괜찮았어요.

너무 좁고 청결도가 낮아요. 3명이 숙박했는데, 물이 두 병밖에 비치되어 있지 않아서 한 병 요구했지만 거절당했어여. 샤워실의 수압도 낮아서 불편했구요.

주차장에 비가 차서 차를뺄수없다고 프런트에 말하니 짐가방 몇개씩 들고있는 저에게 도어맨한테 가서 말하라더라구요 프런트직원이.. 본인이 다른응대할손님이 있는것도아닌데.. 기가막혔음 침대도 너무 흔들거리고.. 룸 바닥엔 카페트가 깔려서 청결해보이지도않고.. 다시는 안가고싶은곳이예요 딱하나 맘에든건 전신거울이 있다는거.. 드라이기도 얼마나 오래된건지.. ㅠㅠ 잘 되지도않아요 챙겨갔으니다행
