The staff were warm and welcoming every day, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Leo Kwon, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests. We reserved a family prestige 1 bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised that it came with a powder room as well as a full master bathroom perfect for a family of four. The sofa bed in the living room was large enough for our 12 year-old and eight-year-old children to share, and the staff set it up so nicely for them to sleep in. Cannot speak highly enough of the bed, comfort, cleanliness of the room, robes for amenities, slippers, and all the toiletries that were available for use in the bathroom my son enjoyed the tub and we enjoyed the shower. The location was very convenient to the subway, convenient to breakfast places even when you were jetlagged early in the morning, and easily walkable to the latte mall for shopping and or eating. Loved looking at the beautiful lake across the street morning and night. Would love to return back to the Sofitel in Seoul again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant and luxurious stay!

Amazing hotel

Great hotel in the Jamsil area where you have amazing attractions close by with the highest tower in Korea, amazing food street close by amenities in the hotel are top class… swimming pools outside or indoor, saunas… Japanese toilets in the room… one of the best breakfast that I have ever had. Really enjoyed the stay but there is a complicated elevators to navigate :)
