The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning. It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

This hotel was in a wonderful location! It is close to the palaces, the park, convenient to the subway and busses. It is quieter than other locations we’ve stayed in Seoul. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff. It's a very European and American hotel. Don't miss the Breakfast Buffet, which is more of a breakfast and lunch experience. The food was excellent. Our room was big for Seoul standards. Room we stayed is large and clean, staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is good but pricey we only ate there once as there are plenty of options around the hotel. Very satisfied with our stay would recommend

The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also convenient to the train station. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and decent size.

PERFECT LOCATION! It is in a quiet location with access to public transport at your fingertips. Nice and central. My room was clean and comfortable bed! The only thing they did not provide were FACE CLOTHS, but I found that was every hotel in Korea when I went to Jinju and Busan. Definitely, use the Airport Shuttle bus, it’s a third of the price by taxi or designated driver as I found out later. Our family enjoyed the family suite with bunk beds. There were good restaurants in the area and easy access to the subway.

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.
