“Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!”
“I stayed with my children, and they loved the swimming pool although it is a bit small. It was quiet and cozy for one night stay, and its location close to decent wineries is best advantage with hotel's friendly staff. If I visit Barrosa valley for shopping and tasting wine in summer, I will visit this hotel again.”

“The staff at the palms are absolutely amazing, it felt like we were staying in a resort. We got more than we could have expected, the spa bath was cosy and so relaxing, our room was so spacious and wonderful, with our own little back entrance and car park.”

The Italian restaurant on site was fanastic but seems super popular so you might want to book a table in advance if you plan to eat on site.”
