Out of all of the pictures I took on safari, this one probably sums up the Serengeti more than any other. The vastness of the land is evident by this solitary lion taking shelter from the midday sun under the shade of an acacia tree. The Serengeti will always hold a special place in my heart.

Lilac breasted roller are just beautiful birds to photograph

There is no wildlife event on earth rivals the great wildebeest migrations across the Serengeti plains and the Mara river crossing. Its so spectacular to watch the interactions between different species at the Serengeti ecosystem.
