“Honestly not worth the $ especially for a 5 star hotel, food was bad, ordered room service it was disgusting and no flavour, called back ask to have it freshly made it came and it was fresh so a 5 star hotel giving you old cold food? Shouldn’t happen”
“Excellent hotel in Covilhã, we visit Covilhã every couple of months for medical reasons, there are two hotels that we use, both with pools, depending upon the price at the time.
This time it was Donna Marie.
Excellent as always, everything works, is clean, and relaxing.
The pool area is incredible, a good sized indoor pool, poolside recliners, jacuzzi and shower.
The outdoor area is really cool
Lots of recliners and squishy chairs & sofas with parasols ☺️
Very good breakfast buffet, the fried...
“Extremely clean property. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. They get your bags, and load them to your room. Easy and quick check in. Complimentary drink before you get to the room.
The place smelt like heaven. Not sure what that fragrance was going on in the building, but it was divine.”
