This great duplex apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.The entrance is through the floor below, where your guests will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, and the dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one one with twin beds of 0.90*1.90, both with full bathrooms with shower en suite.
