괜찮은 숙소, 하지만 중심지와 거리가 있음
세비야 산타 후스타 역과 가깝고 서비스가 좋습니다. 입구 계단부터 리셉션, 리셉션부터 각 층으로 가는 엘레베이터가 있어서 매우 편합니다. 방도 깨끗한 것 같습니다. 하지만 방 크기가 다소 작으며 시내 중심지와는 거리가 있습니다. 기본적으로 비누, 샴푸, 바디워시, 샤워캡, 빗, 티슈를 제공합니다.

호텔에 도착했더니 전산오류로 인하여 예약은 되어있으나 방이 없다는 황당한 경험을 했다. 그러나 재빨리 근처 같은 계열 호텔로 방을 잡아주고 이동시켜 주어서 그나마 다행이었다.

예약이 풀이어서 같은 계열 호텔로 연결해주었는데 빠른대처로 기분 좋게 서비스 받았어요. 원래 이른시간 이동으로 조식불포함이었는데 아침에 피크닉 도시락까지 새세히 준비해주었어요.

Excelent location. Beautiful building and nicely appointed rooms. The best thing though is the staff. They are all very kind and helpful.

Easy walk to the Santa Justa train station (10 mins) and about 20 mins walk in to the sights. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. I had a room at the back which was quiet apart from the noise of the lifts. Good shower and comfy bed but I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Sehr schönes Hotel unweit vom Bahnhof (praktisch, falls man noch in andere Städte fahren will) und fußläufig zum Zentrum der Altstadt (15 Min.). Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad modern. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausgezeichnete Auswahl beim Frühstück in guter Qualität. Den Bar-/Restaurantbereich und das Spa-Angebot haben wir nicht genutzt. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Convenient hotel located within walking distance of the Santa Justa train station. It is also within walking distance of the major attractions and lots of restaurants, though this hotel is at the edge of those areas. The rooms had thin walls so you could hear people talking in the hallways, water running in other rooms, etc. The room layout was also rather odd. Other than that, the amenities were nice and it was a perfectly pleasant place to spend a night.

The hotel was dirty and we told reception there was blood on one of the hotel pillows and they didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend staying here as it doesn’t feel like it’s a 4 star hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The beds are comfortable and lots of luxurious features including shower, towel warmer, highest quality towels and linens. We requested a quiet room and the person who checked us in took great care to find us just that. It was about a twenty-minute walk to the historic center and convenient to train and airport. Wish we could have stayed there longer!

Expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel - on the plus side, the room was big and spacious and conveniently close to the train station. But it didn't have any tea/coffee, the bathroom facilities weren't modern enough and there were not too many food options nearby

The room was very comfortable, clean and unique in layout and configuration. It had a king, sofa bed and Murphy bed so could be adjusted based on needs. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. Staff were friendly and the check in process was very quick.

Dejligt hotel med pool på taget
Flot hotel i god stil, dejligt med pool og poolbar på taget. God morgenmad, varieret og lækkert med friskpresset juice. Havde et premium værelse, som var rigtig fint.
