위치가 훌륭해요 단, 주차는 정말 헬이네요 ㅠㅠ 주차장이 너무 멀어서 울퉁불퉁한 돌길을 캐리어끌고 가는데 너무 힘들었어요 숙소에서 가능한 차를 가까이 하고 싶었지만 좁은 길에 일방통행이 너무 많아서 한시간을 빙빙 돌았네요 주차만빼면 모든 컨디션은 굿입니다

방 두개에 화장실도 두개라 친구랑 둘이갔는데 아주 편하고 좋았어요 방 깨끗하고 있을거 다 있고, 드라이기도 좋은거였어요! 세비야에서는 좋은 숙소에서 자라고 하던데 진짜 돈 준거 하나도 안아까워요. 특히 옥상에서 보아는 뷰가 너무 좋아요 대박

Great apartment in hyper-central location in the old town! We had all the comforts of home and, despite having a ground floor apartment right on a busy street, if was super quiet (the rooms are set back). Not a lot of natural light in the bedrooms but I rather have quiet then light in this case. Very easy to get in, check in and out fully online. Shared roof terrace has great views of the cathedral, tables for al fresco DIY dinners, and a small pool for cooling down.

Ce fut un excellent séjour dans la merveilleuse ville de Séville. L'emplacement de l'appartement est incroyable à quelques pas seulement des sites touristiques les plus beaux de Séville. L'accès au roof top, très calme, qui offre une vue magnifique sur Séville est extraordinaire. Seul petit bémol, nous étions trois dans un appartement prévu pour 4. Or le canapé lit du salon donnait sur la hall de l'immeuble. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultants donc la lumière du jour ou la lumière de nuit du hall sont gênants. La communication avec le staff via une messagerie whatsapp automatique n'est pas toujours aisée non plus. Mais une très bonne impression générale.

The apartment was good so no complains about and location is very central. The only issue there are a lot of restaurants / bars downstairs so was very loud very late in the night, what did i expect from Spain :-) Parking is a nightmare and if not for a amazing Numa employee who helped us park we would have been stranded. Dont advice the location for people driving or new to driving in old town Seville.

Excellent location, client service and communication. However, we had a series of issues spoiling our visit and meaning we would not return e.g. front door lock not work (battery), safety lock not work (battery); bath water pressure non-existent and needed to fill with the shower; air conditioning problems and a building evacuation at 3am (perhaps due to guest error). Had it not been for this series of issues over just 3 days, we'd recommend it.

Nosso apartamento era ótimo com 3 quartos, sendo duas suítes e o outro com banheiro ao lado. Apt todo equipado e tudo funcionando bem. A localização é maravilhosa bem no centrinho histórico. Tivemos uma maravilhosa estadia. Único ponto a reclamar : o café da manhã definitivamente não vale a pena. Caro para o pouco que vem.

Property was really nice. Initial communication was great but we had a 7 seater van and weren't warned about the crazy time one would have to try to get it near the off-site parking - which it couldn't fit anyway. They have us a refund for the parking promptly but what would have happened if the car was damaged trying to get to the property? Go here, stay here BUT do not drive there or park there!

The staff were in touch with us frequently and their AI system responded to any requests in a timely fashion. Excellent location near the cathedral and the bustling old city centre. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property- very close to everything and nice to have more space to spread out. Only one window to outside so lack of fresh air is only reason for 4 star review. Appreciated personal touches of food and water in apartment. Will highly recommend.

Unterkunft soweit prima, die Wartung der vorhandenen Geräte könnte etwas besser sein (Batterien des Safes waren fast leer, Klimaanlage verlangte nach einer Filterreinigung). Die Möglichkeit zum Parken sollte man lediglich mit einem Kleinwagen nutzen :-), die Straßen dorthin sind supereng & mit Randstein - da Altstadt (z.T. lediglich 2,20m breit). Ansonsten besser ein anderes Parkhaus in der Umgebung wählen.

Awesome location and the property was fine except it was ridiculously difficult to drive a car there and especially to park and there was NO WARNING about this. Andres was awesome and helped us when we arrived and left or it would have been worse but the parking situation was a disaster. Only would work if you have a very small car- the streets are tiny and narrow and getting into the garage is insane. (We were in a minivan and should have been warned. ) the location is close to nice restaurants and very close to the cathedral which is awesome except that they like to go crazy on the bells all hours of the day and night. Earplugs were provided but not enough. :)

Great location, within walking distance of the cathedral and bars and restaurants right outside the door. the duplex with bedroom upstairs was a nice idea. Well equipped, with nice touches like coffee capsules provided for the coffee machine, and laundry capsules for the washer. Parking is secure but a few minutes walk and not that easy to find. Rooftop terrace is a bonus

This place was amazing. The view on the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and adults and kids had a great time in the plunge pool. So many good restaurants near by too.

Stayed there for three nights (originally two and we extended). Traveled with older children and we had a three bedroom apartment. The place very roomy, modern, clean and overall awesome! It is in the middle of the action, which we loved! Would highly recommend! Management was super responsive using Whatsap text, which I liked. I would not recommend bringing a car in Seville in general, which we did since were driving around Portugal and Spain. Able to park it for 20 Euros a day, but it was a nightmare driving/parking it.

Great location and very clean. Make sure to bring plug adapters if you don’t have European plugs in your appliances. We found them in the pharmacy across the street.

We were very glad with the location. The restaurants around were all so good. The place is big with a separate bedroom from pull out sofa. We used the washer to wash, but had to hang clothes up to dry.

As acomodações incluem um quarto grande e uma sala integrada com cozinha geladeira, maq lavar roupa, louça, fogão e microondas, além da TV grande. O atendimento e ajuda para checkin foi perfeito. A localização é a 100m da catedral sem nenhum barulho noturno.
