The location and also the fact it's part of a church makes the most of the accommodation. The room itself was just beds and a wardrobe, I would have appreciated at least a table and a chair. The owners were friendly, I wish to speak better Spanish so I could ask them about history of the building etc

The room smell of strong mold

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The room had a terrible, strong smell of mold that gave me a headache. I asked to be moved to a different room, but the request was denied. I found communicating with the staff to be very difficult, as they didn't speak any English. We had to rely on Google Translate for all of our communication. To add to the discomfort, the bed was very hard and the pillow was of poor quality. Due to all of these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel.

A humiliating and demeaning experience awaits you

My boyfriend and I booked this “pension” to live centrally in Sevilla. Here are all the cons/terrible things about this hotel; 1. Our room was JUST beside their entrance so EVERY time someone came in or leaves we could hear them, day and night. 2. There is no noise isolation what so ever. All the dogs barking, the people rolling their trash bins on the cobble stones, all the cars, everything, you can hear just outside the window. There are two windows where one doesn’t close. 3. The room is beside the renting family’s dining table/living room? We heard the TV non stop into our room as it was on a very high volume, no respect or thought of us living there at all. 4. Mosquitos everywhere. 5. The room was extremely humid. It rained when we were there and our clothes didn’t dry for days.. no ventilation system. 6. No real bed sheets. They’ll give you a sheet that is not supposed to have a blanket in it. So you sleep on top of a sheet but then a sheet over you and a blanket over the sheet, very messy as nothing stays in place. 7. WORST OF ALL. When I (extremely calmly) complained about the noice and the humidity the landlord would just come up with excuses. “We can’t decide the noise coming from outside”, “No, but you could lower the TV and help us close the second window”. Then the landlords wife woke up and yelled and cursed at me like I’ve never been cursed before. HUMILIATING AND DEMEANING experience IT’S NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS ON THIS GODFORBIDDEN STAY

Das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, alles, was man in Sevilla sehen möchte, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet außerdem kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee an, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Einziges Manko: Unser Zimmer hatte zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber aufgrund fehlender Fenster fehlte die Belüftung, sodass die Luft im Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden konnte. Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten und -bäder waren sehr sauber. Abgesehen von der stickigen Luft im Zimmer gab es keine weiteren Kritikpunkte.

No me gusto que mi habitación tuviese dos camas individuales cuando pedí una doble y cada una de las camas estaban en una parte de la habitación. No habia nada de intimidad, se escuchaba todo y estaba pegada a la puerta de entrada y recepción. Nuestra habitación tenía agujeros en la puerta, y una tubería de la calle dentro de ella. No habia nada de intimidad. Salí dos veces de la habitación y la señora parecía que estaba escoltando nuestra habitación. No volvería

Gente antisocial y bien tacaña

La pareja de gente mayor que lo administra, nunca sonríen, parecen todo el tiempo enfadados y molestos por su presencia, mientras todo el día suena la tele como si fueran mal del oído. Por la 7 y pico AM los administradores despiertan y no paran de pulular por los pasillos para salir a su cocina personal, pasando por debajo de las ventanas interiores de algunas habitaciones haciendo ruido. En el baño falta el secador, al cual tienes que pedirlo a la recepción, no hay champú/gel ducha, el jabón del baño era diluido, y aun así solo unos dos dedos en el fondo de la botella. Hombre, que un gel de ducha/champú barato y a 1L vale menos de 2E en los supermercados. Un poquito de por favor. La ventanilla del baño, por pequeña que es, está encima del WC y da a los pasillo interior así que ya vez tú que privacidad tendrás sentado ahí, y que “perfume” saldrá al pasillo. Las habitaciones tienen unos paredes delgadas que se escucha todo del alrededor, huelen a aire estancado, sin estar aireados pero supongo que con la tele y el ruido que hacen por ahí, nadie suele quedarse mucho en la habitación. Y con lo enfadado que padecen los dueños, menos por el salón a socializar. Pero ellos sí, llevan algún amigo/vecino y se pegan horas a charlar en el salón, como si fuera una estación de bus. Pudieran mejorar MONTON.

Me gustó la amabilidad de las personas q me atendieron y no me gustó el no tener una llave de la entrada y depender de q me abriese el encargado (que vive allí y si llego tarde le despierto, con lo cual me condiciona a no llegar muy tarde por la noche). Otra cosa q me resultó un poco molesta es q las calles de acceso son calles estrechas y poco frecuentadas por gente y me daba un poco d miedo al volver tarde de noche.

Diría que lo peor fue el ruido, al menos si estás situado en las habitaciones de los lados de la puerta principal. Las habitaciones son antiguas en general, pero pasable para un apuro. Eso sí, lo más moderno el aire acondicionado e iba fenomenal. Muy bien situado.
