โI still think about the Irish beef and red wine stew from their onsite restaurant at least once a day. Definitely worth the 11 hour flight and additional drive. Room was clean and staff friendly. Appreciated the in room oscillating fan that helped dry my toddlerโs shoes after he jumped in the river in Gort. โ
โWe just finished our 10 trip to Ireland and rated this B & B the best place. placement, food, drinks and service.
It was quiet, scenery was pretty....it had a lot of green space and overlooked the river it was on.
We stayed 2 nights and easily got around the Cork/Cobh and Kinsale area as well.
They had a great breakfast for you every morning, and if you wanted dinner they had it too!
Beverages were there for purchase. It was a relaxing place and family owned. (kind people)โ
โSuch a sweet and cute property! My husband and I spent two nights here and both were lovely. The area is quiet and friendly. There are lots of cute reading nooks and a garden. Definitely check out the sitting room if youโre looking for a spot to take some great photos.
We arrived late due to some travel issues, but someone was there to help us with our bags and room even at the late hour. Highly recommend the oatmeal for breakfast, 10/10. The only issues we had were some of the outlets didnโt...
โThis was our fav place that we stayed so far in Ireland. The staff were amazing. Joe was our server for dinner and he was AMAZING. The food was sooooo good and our room was extremely clean and well taken care of.
10/10 would recommend The Oyster Houseโ
โThis was a beautiful bed and breakfast. Wolfgang is the sweetest man you'll meet and greeted everyone like they're family. They provide a scrumptious homemade breakfast that includes fresh baked bread, eggs, bacon, and so much more. You won't be disappointed by the options. We wish we could have stayed longer. The place itself is so unique and cozy. I highly recommend booking a stay here.โ
