Free Upgrade to Super Vip King Size Room…

I purchased the deluxe king size bed room, however, when I checked in, I was told that all the deluxe King size room was taken. The manager asked whether can I top up xx per night to upgrade to a super vip king size room. I rejected because I will have difficulties explaining to my boss about the extra cost. During my stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room to me was a nice size considering I'm the only one in it. I love bed that was hard, and this is the only hotel that uses hard bed. I was told later when I checked out that the manager who served me during my checked in, did a free upgrade to the super vip King size room for me. Overall the staff were friendly, except for 1 or 2 who doesn't have a lot of smiles. I got a feeling they are just temp staff that the hotel hired. The nearest plaza will be Wanda plaza, which will take 20 mins by foot.
