“The hotel is very nice. However, the experience was let down by some of the staff. On arrival, the bell boy was most helpful with unloading our bags. However, the reception lady was clueless. Even though she quickly found my prepaid booking in the system, she went through screen after screen, clicking away merrily without explaining what she was doing. There were two other staff who walked by from time to time, looked over her shoulder and then walked away. A queue of guests behind us grew...

“Very satisfied for business trip.”

“Hotel rooms were lovely and spacious. Breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. £2 in a taxi from Disneyland. Best part was reception, they are so helpful so friendly and are available 24/7. Nothing is too much for these guys. Would stay again and recommend for families going to Disneyland”

“Staff was amazing, very attentive. Free shuttle to Disney. Pictures on hotels.ca are no longer accurate, pool was closed/empty, rooms could have been updated. Location and price was great, breakfast was good,”
