"If you want to spend your time in Zen and serenity, this hotel is the Mecca of a break away. I wish I would have booked all of my four hotel stays here!!! The rooms are free flowing with a calmness. The ambient and mood is perfect. Whoever designed this, THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING. I booked a room with a terrace for fresh air. The hair dryer is awesome! There is a small fridge, and a water boiler. Condiments for tea and mugs. Two bottles of water. On your vanity and counter, you will get toothpaste and toothbrush kits, face mask, shower cap, a comb, "

"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."
