Excellent! Top notch breakfast with so many meat , salad , yogurt , steamed , options . Chef was able to make customized omelets right there ! Absolutely loved it 😊 heated toilet seats !! Very modern room . If need to stay in that area , do not stay anywhere else , only here 10/10 5 minutes walk to Shanghai train station which was very convenient to get 7am train for Beijing right after 6 am breakfast there !!

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing, there are plenty of western and chinese food options. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and sofa bed. The room is spacious but the sofa bed is not comfortable. The staff is very helpful, they help us with ordering food for delivery. Ricci is very helpful during our checkout.

Great location: walk distance to railway station, bus station and subway stations. The room is brand new, and very clean. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The food is very tasty. Definitely we would like to recommend it to friends and will live there again in future.

Room is clean staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad point is there is no place to hang your clothes when yiu shower. They have the retractable string for hanging at the corner but u have to be very careful when u shower in case u wet your clean clothes. Its near to the shower head. Otherwise, all good for this hotel. Location is also near the MTR and Shanghai train station. Very convenient place to stay.

We had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn situated at Jing’an. The room was v generously sized and there was a little couch or sitting area. The hotel very kindly prepared a birthday cake and gifted a bottle of wine for my mum’s birthday. The laundry facilities were also excellent and super convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were travelling to/from Shanghai train station and the station was in easy walking distance (even with luggage)! The one improvement that the hotel could work on is better training for the front desk staff - All other staff was super kind and helpful (including the security guards) but the front desk staff were quite dismissive when we were checking in or when we had questions on directions etc.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are new and clean. 8 minutes walk to Shanghai Railway Station and Metro line 3 & 4. There is a complex across from the hotel with several restaurants and a 7Eleven on the way to the train station. Though it is not located near any attractions, you can easily Didi (Chinese Uber) to these areas under USD$5. What stood out was its customer service. The hotel staffs were friendly, helpful, and courteous. In particular, a huge shout-out to Operation Supervisor Leo Wang, who went out of her way to assist us in an online purchase. We needed to purchase a pharmaceutical product from Beijing and as foreign visitors, it was impossible to do so without a local number. She assisted us by using her own phone to make the purchase on our behalf, an act that goes above and beyond what is required of her job.

Had a fantastic 5 night stay. We arrived very early off a flight from London with a very tired 6yo and baby. Kaylin Du was an amazing member of staff who managed to find a room to check us in early. The room it's self was spacious and clean, we had a great view on 19 floor of 10,000 Trees building and the railway station. Our 6yo loved watching the bullet trains come and go. You could hear announcements from the room at points but didn't bother us in terms of sleeping. Lovely shower, 3 different show head settings and a smart toilet. Hair dryer excellent quality. We had the restaurant buffet one night, excellent food and choice. Mainly Asian with some western choices. Was also free for children under 120cm. Again tried the breakfast buffet once, amazing choices including many live cooking stations of traditional breakfast wrap, noodles and eggs done to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelette etc.). Very high quality and mix of Asian/western. The free self service laundry on the 3rd floor was a great addition to services (includes washing liquid). And the in room TV shows you what's washer/dryer is available and when you have choosen one how many minutes countdown till finished. We were also given some complimentary drinks coupons to use which we used one eve to sit at back of restaurant and play cards. There is also a playroom with table football. Location was excellent less than 10 mins walk to Shanghai Railway station, we used exit 3 or 7 for the lift.

An exceptional hotel with an unbeatable central location close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, and having access to a self-service laundry facility was a massive bonus. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shout-out to Mia at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!
