The river view was amazing from our room, though the room structure was a bit odd. Staff was pleasant and able to converse in English which was a relief. Location of the property is excellent and there is a shuttle service to nearby locations that is very convenient.

Favoloso Hotel di lusso con vista mozzafiato consiglio una stanza ai piani alti perché vale il costo. Camere ampie e all’altezza del nome della catena Mandarin Personale molto professionale e cordiale. Colazione molto ricca e varia, disponibili nella struttura diversi ristoranti. Raccomandatissimo.

We had a truly comfortable and luxurious stay at the Mandarin Oriental. From the beautiful setting to the thoughtful details, everything felt special and well taken care of. Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, the staff responded with great attentiveness and professionalism, welcoming our feedback with a positive attitude. They even surprised our toddler with a lovely gift, which made the experience extra memorable for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would be happy to return.
