The hotel was in a very nice location away from the busy city. Everyone that i dealt with were wonderful to me and helped me when needed and I really needed help during this stay!!! ホテルの環境やサービスなどはすごく良かった。一方で、エクスぺデイアの対応が酷かった。新型肺炎の関係で帰国日が早まったため、ホテルに相談したら、エクスぺデイアからの連絡が必須とのこと。海外からエクスぺデイアに掛電するなど必要な処置をしたが、キャンセルがうまくできていない模様（エクスぺデイアからは連絡すら来ない）。どうやったらキャンセルができたのだろうか。海外でホテルを予約するときには、（特に、）日本人はエクスぺデイアを使用しないことを薦めます。これまでも海外のホテルを予約していて、緊急な事態に遭遇したことがるが、アゴダなどは、きちんと対応してくれます。
