From the hotels I’ve visited in Sharm in last 12 months, this offers the best value for sole travellers. On the beach with beach bar serving lunch, 24 hour bar, water slides- not used yet, gala dinner and Al a carte superb. Brekkie now extended till 10. Staff exceptional. Rooms dated but fine Wi-Fi good in places and can run the Firestick in the room. May try fitness room tomorrow

Surely “once upon a time” used to be a very luxurious resort… now would need quite a bit of renovation. The Casino is closed, the rooms are nice and spacious but in many parts the paint is peeling off, dusty closet doors, shower faucets in poor condition and clogged drain. Service is scarce. There is no care for details. Gorgeous gardens.

Food quality was below average … hardly could see someone with gloves. Bars around gardens and pools doesn’t offer much.. even coffee and soft drinks were bad. Place overall was clean, pool was nice. Aqua park not so fancy but sufficient for the kids. Beach was not as expected. This area doesn’t have sandy beach, unless you are interested in snorkeling.

This is probably the best value hotel in sharm for solo travellers: good food and excellent a la carte options, on the beach with bar and jetty to snorkel on reef , Wi-Fi good enough to work Firestick in room, 24 hour bar, not a very large property so mobility is good, aqua park is not the best but will keep kids happy for a while, breakfast now served until 10, fitness room-not yet frequented, sauna etc available. One downside is the long walk from entrance to reception so a golf buggy would be helpful. Premier league football shown In pay bar -pint just over £2. Animation team try to get you active, tennis available. Staff very attentive and helpful. Not much wine available without charge

Be careful - Only suitable for young families

WiFi coverage is a BIG issue here - priority that needs to get fixed - ASAP An ideal place if you have a young family - under 5’s love it here - no suitable for other stays (At ALL) As for the ‘beach bar’ not having any Ice … just a joke

All inclusive food was plentiful and varied. Cold draft beer. Beach bar serving lunch. Walkable jetty to reef. Plentiful sun beds around pool and beach. Aqua park(didn’t visit) free Wi-Fi through out. Decent entertainment. A la carte was very good. Customer service representative, Doaa, extremely helpful. Toilets near to bars. Not as expansive as larger hotels so mobility not an issue. Great option for budget family holiday on the beach. They need to invest in a golf buggy to transport guests from road gated entrance to hotel reception. Breakfast finishes at 930 and late breakfast is just a few pastries. No sport shown in hotel but there are hdmi sockets on room tv. Great helpful attentive bar staff throughout

Anfangs war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, doch das ließ schnell nach. Man merkte deutlich, dass viele keine Lust hatten zu arbeiten. Besonders unangenehm war die aufdringliche Trinkgeld-Erwartung – wer nichts gab, wurde spürbar unfreundlich behandelt. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift, was mit Kinderwagen extrem unpraktisch ist. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, das Essen eintönig und nichts Besonderes. Zudem war es von morgens bis Mitternacht wegen Baustellen unglaublich laut, sodass Schlaf kaum möglich war. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns von vorne bis hinten abgezockt. Mein erster und letzter Besuch in diesem Land

Las fotos de la habitación no tienen nada q ver con la realidad, una habitación sucia y vieja llena de manchas y muebles en muy mal estado, baño con manchas q daba miedo entrar, 3 días sin wifi y no te dan solución ninguna, te limpian la habitación y te dejan sin toallas, tampoco te dejan papel higiénico, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona así q tienes q ir hasta la recepción, tiene 3 restaurantes q tienes q reservar y piensas q vas a comer algo diferente y nada haces una fila de 30 minutos para reservar y la carta son 8 platos así q pierdes el tiempo. En los buffet la variedad no existe siempre la misma comida no se si no prueban las patatas porque se te puede partir un diente de lo duras q son. Nos cambian de habitación a los 4 días por el malestar q teníamos y mejoro algo la habitación pero la ducha tenía mal el grifo y había q pelear con eso para q el agua saliera templada y no caliente, se reclama 3 veces hasta q al tercer día por fin envían a alguien q lo revisa dice q vuelve en 10 minutos y nunca vuelve. No se recomienda este hotel corran lejos de él se los aseguro. El personal si es muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones de la piscina y la playa son buenas, actividades un tanto lo mismo todos los días.

Ottimo resort qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buono il cibo del ristorante "italiano" al piano terra. Ristorante al primo piano più locale e speziato. Grande piscina pulita con lettini e ombrelloni. Fantastico l'aquapark di fronte alla hall con scivoli per bambini ma anche per i più grandi. Camera spaziosa con pulizia giornaliera, cambio asciugamani e 2 bottigliette d'acqua da 600ml. Mare poco accessibile con bambini ma barriera corallina raggiungibile tramite passerella, bellissima!!! Ottima animazione non invadente con varie attività giornaliere.
