The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. The spy experience was fabulous. The manager and his staff work miracles they all deserve a big raise. I had a very good stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort and its location are excellent, and it’s very close to the airport. Pre-booking a transfer is not really necessary — taxis are easily available on IDrive and very cheap. I paid around £3 from the airport to the resort, which is very reasonable. The resort itself is large, beautiful, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and facilities are impressive, and everything feels spacious. Food quality depends on personal taste. Some dishes were really good, but I felt there could be more variety, especially when compared to resorts in Antalya, where food choice and taste are generally better. A wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great resort, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it, especially for its location and overall comfort.

Check in people need to get additional training on customer service. They were below average in terms of handling customers questions and concerns and they lacked the welcoming attitude. Beach is mediocre. Nothing special at all. Food is good. Pools are great. I wish I could say I’d go back. But that experience I had when I checked out and my family were standing waiting for our ride and no one even asked if we need help or offered to help carrying our bags left an extremely bad taste.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in Fellinis was superb as was the beach grill restaurant bar. The only setback is you have to book Fellinis and the Red Sea wharf restaurants. Make sure you book as soon as you arrive otherwise you might not get the opportunity to eat in these places. The pools around the resort has something for everyone. The Red Sea is great for seeing a variety of fishes. I would recommend this resort if you are visiting Sharm Al Sheik.

It’s not luxury if one has truly experienced luxury ala Dubai. That said, it’s functional and the staff decent and good. Had a great 10 days and would recommend it with the caveat to manage expectations with regards to the ‘luxury’ side of things.

Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here!

BEST HOTEL İN SHARM EL SHEİKH

Everything was perfect. We were amazed by the hotel. The hotel's food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. This holiday I had with my family was not enough for us and we are already planning to come again. I would especially like to point out that the best thing about the hotel is its staff. Reception, cleaning, bar, all were very friendly and polite. Thank you very much especially Hamed Ahmet. Also Hamza and Emad at the reception helped us a lot. Thank you very much for everything.
