Superb destination for families

They offer one thing online and when you get there is another. They show the pool and the beach at the hotel. But, if this said sport is soo far from the beach and you need to pay more to be in the side of the hotel with the beach. But, in general if you want to stay safe and far from the beach it’s good.

Helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. A large, stand alone resort aimed at the main stream holiday maker. No local type day to day living nearby. Solely a tourist destination. Close to ‘other’ side of airport, but quite a drive from terminal. I asked about a the shuttle service, but they don’t have one.

If you see the reservation near the beach it’s not there. It’s a scam. It will be far from the beach. If do say sport it’s far. And they will ask you for more money to put you when you thought it was.

Complex too large and without proper maintenance. It does not have the characteristics necessary to compete with the resort market segment or even with most leisure hotels. I list some situations that are lacking and that any tourist will quickly realize on arrival, without limiting: -very weak reception service ( -staff in general poorly prepared and without the necessary information about the city of sharm; - weak investment in new basic technologies such as wifi (as wifi is available in the hotel lobby); - no conditions are created for the client to relax (hotel with slides and for children); - architecture compares to a housing complex; - There is clearly a difference between classes and who pays the appropriate gratuity; - Poorly prepared and poorly cleaned rooms (dust on shelves, rusty bathtubs and / or walls soiled with mosquito blood). After the first 3 days in the housing complex with aquapark (scheduled nights through misleading advertising), we checked out. We had the LUCK to end our stay overlooking the mother at sharks bay umbi. This being yes, for those who want to relax the perfect place, also having the best restaurant in town.

la struttura è datata e manca manutenzione (il concorde front è più curato e più internazionale), la clientela è per lo più araba e il personale non è molto preparato con le lingue. wi fi solo nella hall. contattato struttura x avere navetta da aereoporto mai ricevuto risposta piscina con scivoli gradevole soprattutto se si hanno bambini, fiore all'occhiello e sicuramente la barriera corallina accessibile da loro pontile e meritevole

The hotel let the people swim in the pool wearing their full clothes and some swim with their undershirt or even boxers; when I commplained they did nothing for 3 days, but when I told them I will take the issue to the head office they start to ask the people to swim only with their swimsuits. I don't recommend it for anyone during the summer.

اقامه سيءه في جزء السبورت عفش الغرفه قديم و لا يوجد اشياء كثيره مثل ال kettle و عندما طلبناها يجب دفع فلوس زياده لاستخدامها لا يوجد فيش كافيه النور ضعيف و مستوي الاكل سيء وبلذهاب للfront يجب الانتظار لاكثر من نصف ساعه لمرور الباص و غير موفقين لنا للذهاب بعربيتنا لا انصح احد بالذهاب
