Our stay at Sharm Dream Resort had its ups and downs. Upon arrival, the first room we were given was disappointing — it was quite dusty and not properly cleaned. However, the staff quickly responded to our concerns and moved us to a much cleaner and more comfortable room. The buffet experience was a bit inconsistent. While some dishes were enjoyable, the meat didn’t always seem fresh. Despite this, there was usually something we could find to eat, and the variety helped. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist in any way they could. The animation team deserves a special mention for their energy and enthusiasm. They kept the atmosphere lively throughout the day with fun activities, making it easy to stay entertained. The beach was a major plus — it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the resort. It’s also a great spot for snorkeling, especially in Naama Bay, where the underwater scenery is stunning. Overall, despite some initial setbacks, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service and fantastic location. If you’re looking for a resort with a great beach and a fun vibe, this could be a good option, especially if you don’t mind some minor issues with the food quality.

Not as it is shown in the pictures at all Nothing in the room and you have to ask for every thing and wait for it for minimum 20 minutes. Not clean at all, dusty like if there was a dessert storm in the room. I’ve never experienced this around the world before

Food had bugs inside off it, ants crawling around the bread, watermelon was bad , and rotten. When I came I discovered the bed comfort didn’t get changed, it had blood stains in it, I asked the housekeeper about changing the bed comfort, he told me we don’t change it, we just keep it neat for the guest. In my entire stay for 15 days bed comfort did not get changed. Internet access it is a joke, it is no internet provider at all for us , we were told we have to pay for it, when I did my reservation It mentioned free Wi Fi, so it’s a scheme . Transport access it was not available at all as it stated in the description I had to walk for all my meals , snacks and drinks about 1mile back and forth. For the beach I had to walk 2 miles back and forth. I had horrible stay at that hotel I was scheme 100% . Plus the staff treated my family horrible, because we are American. Everything is advertising online about this hotel is fake, I have proof of pictures. The reason made me reserve this hotel is because the aqua park, when I arrived in the hotel they stated is broken. The construction of the hotel stairs was unsafe to walk on it, it was no light provided by the stairs off our property, it was unsafe for us to walk around and see what was happening, we could fall and break our legs.

Le condizioni della camera non erano accettabili, nella doccia era presente molta muffa, all’arrivo in camera mancavano gli asciugamani dopo 5 telefonate alla reception e 1 ora 20 di attesa sono arrivati 2 asciugamani in una camera per 4 persone!! Il ristorante molto caotico e sporco i cuochi sopratutto del breakfast ne vederli cucinare ti veniva voglia di vomitare, per una struttura del genere non può avere questi punti deboli

Odamız güzeldi. Banyo için havlu yoktu, personel ile iletişime geçtik ve kısa süre sonra geldi. Fakat akşam yemeği için resepsiyonu aramak istedim fakat telefon çalışmıyordu. Odamız resepsiyona yürüyerek uzak olduğu için iletişimi zor kurduk WhatsApp üzerinde iletişime geçtik. Aynı zamanda üşümemize rağmen klimayı sıcak olarak çalıştıramadım. Telefonu ve klimayı kontrol için geleceklerini söylediler ve 1 saat kadar bekledik ama hem gelip sorunu çözmediler hem de iletişim kurmadılar. Ve bu sorunlarla beraber kalmak zorunda kaldık. Son olarak odanın temizliğini de beğenmedik. Çünkü banyoda lekeler ve tozlar vardı. Hijyenik olduğunu düşünmüyorum.

MUY BIEN!

Maravilloso hotel, es un complejo enorme situado en Sharm el Sheik. Hay muchas piscinas, gimnasio, bares diversos, playa privada... El restaurante está muy bien y la comida variada. Como punto negativo la limpieza y el mantenimiento que le falta un poco. En general muy bien y la relación calidad/precio es excelente.

The main parts of the property, the lobby, reception, and restaurant were fine but it did not seem like much effort had been put in the rest of the property. Right by our apartment, the floor was stained with dried bird poop, the grasses were overgrown in some parts and it did not really have the feeling of a resort. Its a large property but no maps were provided and no guidance as to activities or available facilities, you basically had to figure things out for yourself. We spent alot of time waiting for the bus to move us between different parts of the property. The range for meals was quite limited, the entertainment was limited, most of the snack bars outside of the reception weren't open. There was no wifi even for a charge. Although on-line they advertised baby-sitting services, non were available on the property. It took 2 days to get our arm bands and during this period, we were denied service by some staff and had to keep going back to the reception for them to explain. This was fine when the issue was getting lunch in the restaurant but not when we were trying to get drinks at a remote bar. Overall, it was quite disappointing and we eventually checked out and moved to a more suitable resort.

Stay away from this hotel. The rooms look different from the photos they showed online. Very bad rooms and full with bugs. Very dirty rooms and very bad housekeeping. The furniture is very old. The front desk located in different area and it’s not clear location. The rooms location very bad and they don’t allow taxis and food delivery to come inside the resort. The resort is a private property and these people running their business using other hotel facilities so you need to request a shuttle to go to that hotel and the shuttle stopped at 11:00 pm.
