"I was on my way to Portland for a family event. And stayed the night in Redding. I was looking for an affordable and conveniently located establishment. Well, I found it at Thunderbird Lodge! The staff was kind and the room was very clean. Being right in the heart of downtown Redding was a concern in the beginning for potential traffic noise. But honestly, It was quiet in my room and I was able to get a great night's sleep. The television had many channels including many movies to choose from. The breakfast provided was limited. But adequate and the room therein was clean like everything else:)"

"Was very pleased with the check in process in all areas restaurant, bar, members club and the information desk. We do plan to visit again One item that may not be much of an issue 2 of the 3 nights we had someone knock on our door asking to be let into during the middle of the night. We told them to go away ad they did. in addition we should of called the front desk."
