"The toilet was dirty the heater didnt work tho the bought in a tiny electric one u had to park early cos there wasnt enough car spaces "

"Unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. My children and I had to leave the property on the night of our stay due to loud arguing, shouting and swearing coming from the neighbouring unit. The noise was extremely clear through the wall and continued late into the evening.I contacted reception twice, but the disturbance resumed. My children became frightened and distressed, and we felt unsafe remaining there, so around 10pm we arranged for friends to collect us and stayed elsewhere. We feel hotel management let us down by not taking effective action on the evening to protect other guests or ensure the neighbouring occupants remained quiet and non-violent. We therefore did not receive the stay we paid for. The most disappointing part has been the refusal to provide a refund despite the circumstances. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience."

"It was a home away from home. We had our own kitchen ,laundry and lounge room to relax. Parking was plentiful . Close to public transport ,the supermarket and Various fast food places. It's on the main road but l didn't really here the traffic."
