I booked this hotel, but when I arrived I was checked in to the hotel across the street, The Glacier Gateway Plaza.
I assume the same cheapskate owns both. First thing I noticed was the poor upkeep of the hotels and the hotel grounds. This hotel had had no renovations since it was built eons ago. The door to my room had no extra security lock on it that provides ability to open door to and still preventing entry. The deadbolt on the door was not in line with the door frame so that was useless as well for added security. I was at the mercy of the flimsy latch that was the only thing keeping the door closed. There was a place for a smoke detector in the ceiling but there was no detector installed! Shower curtain was extremely moldy. All the caulking in the bathroom was bearly there. The hall ice machine was broken during the entire stay. There was no hangar bar in the closet, so you couldn't hang up any clothes if you wanted to. The continental breakfast was not even that. No coffee, dry cereal, and a waffle maker. On my last day they didn't even bother to put anything out at all for breakfast. Cheap stay, but the worst experience ever. A Hostel would provide more. Do yourself a favor and spend more to avoid this nightmare!
