The room and hotel were not clean. The shower especially! The tv didn’t work and they were full so couldn’t move us to another room. We asked for a discount but they said because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We will not be back, we travel to this area once a month. No tv??? They should check these things. The property does not live up to the photos online. Buyer beware!!!

No housekeeping for 5 night stay. Had to take out our own trash and was hard to get a garbage bags. Had to ask for toilet paper, no services. No, I did not have a hang tag on the door. The staff at the front desk kept asking me if I had a hang tag. Is this normal question for an excuse?? 200 dollar nights is outrageous for this hotel. Staff smoking right outside of the front doors, had to ask them to move to get out the door. Never stay at this hotel or recommed it. We travel alot and never had this experience.

Cleaning could be improvised a bit more. Also, hotel or at least the 3rd floor is supposed to be considered “smoke free” however every time we would step into the bathroom of our hotel room you could get a strong smell of cigarettes as of someone had been smoking in there. We realized it came in through the bathroom vent. Not sure if from the room next door or where, but the bathroom door had to remain closed otherwise the whole room would reek of cigarette smoke.
