He personally ensured we received items we requested, such as towels, and offered many suggestions for exploring the city. While the actual property is standard, in terms of the rooms offered, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top tier. The level of hospitality was definitely reflective of a higher end hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel can most definitely use attention and improvement. Thanks Daniel! "
