Staff was polite. The room was really nice. The exercise room was lacking but that did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The neighborhood is great and proximity to Toronto is a plus. Overall it was better than we expected and we will be returning!

In theory i had breakfast included and did not receive them, check in wait was terrible and room carpet was a bit dusty. Not bad but think there are better options for the price.

If you have a truck be careful, there is very limited outdoor parking for them and they will not fit in the underground parking. Overall the suite was very clean and large. However there was no mini fridge in our room and they supplied a coffee maker but no coffee cups.
