"Very convenient location, and all of the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I accidentally made a mistake with my booking and forgot to reserve one of the nights, leaving all of my belongings in the room. The staff went out of their way to contact me by phone and through Expedia, and they carefully kept every single item safe—including the food I had left in the refrigerator. I was also impressed by the housekeeping team. As I was walking by, I saw them lifting every mattress to vacuum underneath. It was amazing to see how much care and attention they put into making sure guests have a clean and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again!"
Asakusa Tobu Hotel

"Hotel was in a great location in Asakusa. So close to the train and easy to get to from the Narita airport. Lots of food and shopping around, 7 eleven downstairs, rooms were typical Japanese size but were not too small (there was only two of us). There is a shrine/temple nearby to visit and really good train lines to other side of town if needed. So much to see and do close by and a really busy area. Skytree is not far away as well."

"The agents who checked us in, in the afternoon were not smiling and didn’t allow us to check in as they said we put 4 as the age of our daughter when she is 11. We booked through Expedia so it must have been a mistake with Expedia. In the end we had to booked an extra room. Although the hotel was nice, the staff was not accommodating."

"Family trip, stayed for 4 nights. Fantastic location - Ginza Lines is right next to the hotel and walking distance to Tokyo station, A convenient store is also next to the hotel. Great room size for twin beds. Would stay again!"

"This hotel is such an excellent choice for value accomodation and proximity to Disney. The room was very large fitting 5 adults in one room comfortably. The hotel offers so many little touches for no extra cost such as drinks and snacks in the lobby at night, free choice of toiletries you may need for your stay, free very reliable bus to amd from Disney, a shoe dryer, a foot massager and a Lawsons onsite. There are lots of shops very close by with a large shopping complex and train station attached to the hotel across a foot bridge - not that there was anything we needed outside of what the hotel had to offer! Would stay here again when visiting Tokyo Disney!"

"We had an amazing experience at Mitsui Garden Hotel! The location was perfect—close to the Ginza shopping area and the fish market. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. During our visit, I suffered from heatstroke, and one of the staff members kindly went to the pharmacy with my cousin to help her purchase medication for me. Their care and concern meant so much to us. On our checkout day, Hiyori Fujiwara and Akiko Ota went above and beyond by helping with our luggage transfer and recommending places to shop for Japanese knives. Their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. The wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!"
