"We had an amazing experience at Mitsui Garden Hotel! The location was perfect—close to the Ginza shopping area and the fish market. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive throughout our stay.
During our visit, I suffered from heatstroke, and one of the staff members kindly went to the pharmacy with my cousin to help her purchase medication for me. Their care and concern meant so much to us.
On our checkout day, Hiyori Fujiwara and Akiko Ota went above and beyond by helping with our luggage transfer and recommending places to shop for Japanese knives. Their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help were truly outstanding.
The wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!"
