“No one was at the office for check in. Note on the door had a number to call and said they would be at another hotel assisting guests Kthere. Initially I called someone answered but hung up straight away. So I called several more times each time saying that no message could be left as the mailbox was full. “Bugs in the sink. Old. Run down. Not at all like the photos. Smelly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t offered until 10:20am. Didn’t feel comfortable to accept the food/drinks. Don’t stay the duration of the booking it was that bad. ”

“GOOD: the main pool for kids and family, restaurant & bar were all good. Room was clean and well-managed. Staffs were all friendly. BAD: Free wifi was only activated in the lobby (reception area), and was not available in my room. An insect came in my room via the bottom of the door.”
