The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! “The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”

“Accueil très froid et pas aimable. Parking dans un terrain en travaux plein de boue. Arrivée dans la chambre le soir, inondation au niveau du lit. On appel la dame de la réception et elle vient en nous demandant de ne pas nous énerver. Pas de changement de chambre possible, nous dit qu'elle nous a upgradé sauf que nous avons déjà payé une chambre "deluxe". Résultat on dort avec un sceau dans la chambre ou l eau s écoule toute la nuit. On change de chambre le lendemain mais chambre selon elle une...

“The location was great. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Very pleasant stay. The main drawback for me was parking. There is no place to even approach the hotel with an auto - to even make inquiries. I had to illegally park my car. And "parking available" apparently means "you are on your own". So I had to drive around and find a parking place. Would be good to know before. ”
