โThe name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.โ

โThe pillow in the hotel need changed, I can see the brown colour of the pillow, bathroom is dirty and sewer was block, when you have shower your feet is in the water. And there is no warm water.โ
โMombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotelโ
โThe taxi had a very difficult time finding the place. We had to beg a towel. Breakfast was at least one hour later than announced so, because we had planned an excursion based on the announced breakfast time, we had no breakfast, though we paid for bed and breakfast. The bathroom floor was wet. โ
