Pleasantly surprised

Was very pleased with this hotel. It doesn't look the best, but the rooms were very clean and the front desk was very easy. Would definitely stay here again. You really can't beat the price

This property has spacious rooms and was very convenient. The beds was very comfortable! The shower was warming and the staff is nice and assistive! I brought my family and this hotel fit for all of us! Loved it!

Awesome Stay

The whole stay was amazing and staff was exceptionally egar to help and offer sound professional advice. Ms. Crystal was an exceptional host and her professionalism was overwhelming. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a safe and clean stay.

The staff was excellent,the bed was comfortable.the shower needs more water pressure and the toilet need to be bolted to the floor. The toilet seat need the correct one installed. Not enough lights. But it was all under construction, inside and out. Not enough security on site. Sign said not responsible for theft of contents or car.

It’s in a rough area. BUT I had no problems. Cheap stay for the night. The rooms are ghetto but it was clean enough. You get what you pay for. The staff are friendly! Cable had lots of channels and AC blew very cold.

Customer service great. Room stunk so bad of old cigarettes my sun and I ended up having a sore throat and coughing upon leaving smell lingered hours on the way home. Didn’t see any roaches or pests which was great. Pretty quiet slept okay.

This facility is not suitable for business

Grateful that we were able to get a last minute room, being there was no availability anywhere. However couldn't really sleep because of the environment. Drug users and homeless domain, and walls are very thin can hear next door and across room conversations had to whisper. No tissues in bathroom(glad I carry my own), bathtub was dripping all night. Surprisingly didnt see any roaches, but the nets took the place of them.This facility should not be suitable to operate any type of business. I truly advise the owner to sell property why he/she still can. Allowing the building to be totally demolish(leaving nothing behind) and rebuilt from the ground up. Thank God we only needed to stay one night, had booking to another hotel the remaining of the trip...

Avoid like the plague!

My check in experience was terrible. The front desk clerk/manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. The fact that someone of that nature is the manager I should have known it would be downhill from there. Expect a $20 deposit fee before getting your room key. It is a fairly large hotel finding your room can truly appear as a maze. The manager was very blase blah about that. But I managed to find my room. The room appeared to be clean and reeked of Fabuloso and Bleach. There were NO towels in my room. NOT one. I didn't want to speak with the manager due to the check in experience. So I slept in the room, checked out the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner of this hotel needs to consider finding a better manager, purchasing some towels/linens and implementing proper renovation. To anyone seeking a nice clean room with towels, good customer service and a good nights rest....... Pass THIS hotel right on by. YOU WILL REGRET staying at this property.

A complete dump, before I walked in main area lobby to check in people hanging around outside that don’t even move there. Known prostitution and drugs in the area. The. Get in lobby and AC is broke, there are garbage bags from where they cleaned tie rooms stacked up close to desk check in with flies all over them. They finally get to me and print out my room receipt and the printer sits out a crinklied up receipt. I already know it was a bad sign before that. So she gives me a room and when I get to it it’s partially cracked open. I figured maybe the forgot to close it or someone may still be in there so I knocked. The cleaning lady answers who still has t even finished cleaning the room and there I am with my luggage ready to go in. She told me it would be about 15 more minutes because the place was trashed with leftover food and it was taking her a while to clean it all up. I’m like great this is my room? She finally finishes, she actually did a decent job of cleaning, problem is the room now remakes of fresh cleaning chemicals and the floor was still wet from where she mopped. I finally get settled in and only half of the light bulbs are working . No one bothered ti replace the burnt ones so I had to open the curtains for light and the outside parking lot was not pleasant to look at . AC actually worked good I was surprised and the furniture and bed appeared to be recently replaced so that was ok. Stayed 2 nights, actually quiet at night. I was expecting loud parties.

Nice front desk - but wouldnt stay

Definitely dont recommend. Was in for one night and didnt even stay the night. The lady in office was understanding. Dirty. Stinky. Police raid going on in parking lot. I didnt feel safe here.
