"There was some kind of rally thing. Way too many people taking up space. Couldn't enjoy pool cuz they were all there and lobby was overcrowded. Power in room also kept flipping off ever with key in slot. Got annoying while watching movie on tv. Beautiful property though, showers were really nice! "

"The AC was working, we didn't have the time to enjoy the pool because we had to move out during our first evening. My husband and I found a lot of cockroach throughout the room, we would not be able to sleep under this condition so we reached out to the attendant on duty but was told that it was too late to move us to another room that evening and told that we had to wait till the next morning. It was not possible to wait till morning so we had to look for another place to stay at that evening and when we asked to a refund for the remaining days that we wont be occupying the room, they refuse to give us any kind of refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this particular PRS @ One Palm Tree Villa at all. There are plenty of accommodations that are more suitable and comfortable around the area. "

"The condo is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioner was noisy and a little weak to handle the heat. We had it set at 18 degrees. The bathroom is dark and no hot water for the shower. Bath mat and toilet could be cleaner. The bed is ok, with some old well used sheets. I didn’t use the kitchen but there are dishes and other utensils. The washing machine works well thankfully. No concierge service, only a security guard and a receptionist to help with check in. But the caretaker was so nice to help with our luggage after check out. No storage for luggage in case your flight is after check out time. Location is perfect. So many restaurants and and shopping stores nearby. "
