A pleasant and peaceful riverside setting and ideal for visiting the Sri Sachanalai Heritage Park. Be warned that the hotel has no useable bicycles - though it is an easy 15 minute walk to the park where bikes can be rented. This is a very quiet guesthouse - only two other people staying during my weekday visit. The staff speak little English, but very helpful. The food was good. Overall an enjoyable stay.

スタッフの皆さんが快適な滞在となるように親身になって対応していただきました。しかし、チェックイン時、何故か宿泊代を請求されました。エクスペディアのシステムを把握されているのかは不明でしたが、既にエクスペディアで支払っていることを複数回伝えてチェックインできました。

พอดีผมได้จองห้องพักห้อง superior room ไป ซึ่งเป็นห้อง 2 king bed นอนได้ 4 คน มา 2 คืน ผมเดินทางไปกับครอบครัวในช่วงปีใหม่ซึ่งได้จองห้องพักไว้ล่วงหน้าไว้เดือนกว่า พอถึงวันเข้าพัก ผมได้เข้า check in เวลาประมาณ 1 ทุ่ม ซึ่งทางรีสอร์ทแจ้งผมว่าห้องพักที่จองไว้ไม่ว่าง ให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นไปแล้ว เนื่องจากพนักงานลงบุ๊คไว้ผิดและพนักงานคนนั้นก็กลับไปแล้ว ทำให้ผมได้ห้องเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงมา 2 ห้องข้างๆกัน ซึ่งไม่ตรงกับที่ผมจองไว้ แต่เนื่องจากดึกแล้วบวกกับเป็นช่วงเทศกาล ทำให้ผมไม่มีทางเลือก หลังจากนั้นผมได้กลับมาอ่านรีวิว ผมพบชาวต่างชาติท่านนึง เจอเหตุการณ์เดียวกับผม เตือนนะครับ อย่าพักรีสอร์ทนี้

Bates Motel of Thailand

Do not stay here. We showed up at 6pm having paid for a 2 king bed superior room, they had clearly given away our room, and tried sticking us in employee housing with 4 twin beds(that were horrible). The doors didn't lock, there was an employee sleeping in a bathroom with a sleeping bag and the t.v. from our "room" and another in another room ajoining to ours, there was rat feces in the bathroom, mosquitos everywhere, and no toilet paper provided. They straight up lied to us and tried to play it off. We decided the name should be changed to the Bates Motel of Thailand. We left that instant and they still tried charging us for the room (that we didn't get). It was a total bait and switch that completely screwed us, there were no hotels/hostels available due to Loi Krathong festival. We ended up having to drive another 6 hours into Bangkok to find another hotel. Please do not stay here. We were so disgusted we couldn't even stay long enough to take photos. Just know that the photos do not represent the hotel listed.

J’avais réservé une chambre double de luxe avec vue sur la rivière. La chambre qui m’a été octroyée n’avais pas de vue sur la rivière. Le jour du départ la gérante m’à Informée qu’il y avait un bus à 12:00 en réalité le bus était à 13:00. Ce qui a entraîné une perte de temps.

An einem sympathischen Fest feierten wir den Geburtstag des Königs. Meinen Mitreisenden schlug ich vor, dass sie noch die offizielle Rede sich anhören können, dass ich aber schon mal im Hotel uns einchecke. Doch leider war unsere Reservation im Buchungssystem nicht aufzufinden. Es kam zu einer Irrfahrt in Si Satchanalai, um doch noch eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit aufzutreiben. Schliesslich konnte uns das Hotel doch noch ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Weshalb nicht gleich von Anfang an? Herzlichen Dank und lieben Gruss René Poschung
