Very Nice
Everything was perfect in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Also staff was very kind. You can take a lot of good services with this hotel. For example free limousine service, breakfast service and so on. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and very quiet, but the bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. We asked for a softer mattress or a topper but nothing was available. The hotel is a long way from Siem Reap centre or any amenities, so even getting some shopping requires a taxi or tuc-tuc, as the hotel is on a busy main road with no pavements.

This is a grand and beautiful hotel. The artistic details are amazing. Staff were very friendly and arranged free rides into town for us which I thought was above and beyond. Our rooms were nice and spacious. I would love to give it 5 stars but the breakfast was possibly the worse we've ever had at a hotel and in stark contrast to everything else about this beautiful hotel. There were very few Western options and the ones that were available were very Chinese style Western. We live in China so are quite used to the Chinese hotel breakfast but even in China there are usually a few pastries or some decent bread or cheese. We agreed that we might stay again because it was so beautiful but if we did we'd just forego the free breakfast and go out in Siem Reap fo morning meal.

The hotel was lovely. It was about 10 minutes from pub street and about 5 or so from the airport. The shuttle to pub street every evening was great. I'm so glad we chose this hotel.

Overall good hotel, comfortable stay, close to airport and about 15 minutes away from market area (pub street). Facilities were good and well maintained. Rooms were quite spacious, we had two interconnecting rooms for family for four. Spa experience was also quite good. Most of the employees were nice and courteous. Special mention of Vandy who was quite informative and always ready to help. Few points though, breakfast was quite average (for 4+ star hotel) with no variation at all. We were there seven days and had the exact same breakfast served every single day! For a five star hotel there were no facilities or any entertainment for kids other then the pool. A kids club or some local activities or movie by the pool would have been nice to keep kids entertained.

This property has all the trimmings for a comfortable stay in Siem Reap. Although we were given a room in a wing where other guests created enough noise to be a real nuisance and affect my ability to sleep soundly. Perhaps I could have complained and had it actioned, however I was just so busy being a tourist that I let it go. I intentionally chose this venue as it was out of town away from Pub strewt to avoid noise. Also-be wary of the exorbitant prices charged for food and drinks at the bar of the property. Given you can get drinks in the town for $1-$3 when you are charged $7 it leaves a bitter taste. The best thing is the incredible staff. Thankyou

Nice hotel
This hotel is on a main street but stays very quite. Eateries and bars are close by within about 10 minutes’walking. I went in May and the weather was hot and humid and there was a lot of mosquito. I do hope they can put the electrical mosquito repellent in the room and the lobby. Staffs were very timid and you have to say “Hi” to them first. The hotel needs to train them.

Pleasant stay
Beautiful hotel! Room was sublime, pool was great. Prices at the hotel resturant / bar were very steep! But they offer a free shuttle to the town and pub street (which is definitely recommended visiting) but only at 6pm until 9pm. Any other time is not free. Nothing to do in local area so using shuttle is advisable.

Luxury Hotel on the Outskirts of Siem Reap
When you drive into Siem Reap the line of luxury hotels on both sides of the road is an amazing sight, and we were shocked to realise one of those hotels was ours. It was a grand entrance to say the least. On arrival our bags were collected and taken to our room whilst we checked in. During the check in process they took us around to a waiting area with welcome drinks and hot towels to relax and wait. Once we were in our mini apartment (which is again something we did not expect) our doorbell rang. It was a waiter with some mango and banana for us to enjoy. We stayed when they had an international buffet night (all you can eat for $15.00USD per person) with some talented local and traditional enterntainment. Definitely worth a look if you are staying when they have this on. We used the tour desk in the hotel to organise a Sunrise Angkor Tour. The guide we had for the day was so knowledgable about the history of Angkor. I could not believe how much he knew! It was fabulous to be able to explore this amazing part of Cambodia with someone who knew what they were talking about.

Very Good Customer Service
Though he customer service was good, the hotel has room for improvements; 1. Wifi was horrible; limited to no connectivity throughout the day 2. Breakfast buffet, though free, the same food was prepared and presented everyday (even on the weekends) If you are looking for a place to relax, this is not the hotel, for the atmosphere is family friendly: Linus music and kids playing most of the day (meaning you hear this throughout the day).

I fell in love with the hotel as soon as I checked-in. The staff was friendly, the room was quaint, and the spa was subperb. Some not so good moments: a gecko was in my room for 2 days, the breakfast buffet was always the same (they would run out of food everyday), lunch and dinner menus were so-so. The pool was very nice. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the hotel: Loud music every night, hotel guests very loud, and wifi is horrible. If you want a family getaway with limited electronics for the family (since the wifi is terrible), this is the place.

Hotel building is impressive. Inside detailing is no-expense-spared: never seen anything so meticulously presented, with plentiful authentic Khmer artifacts. Pool is great. However, the colour ambience is rather sombre and dark, like a tomb. The bad point is the buffet breakfast: only 1 meat choice (either ham or rubbery sausage). All other choices are non-meat and noodle varieties. Very bad waiter service: plates never cleared until the end.

Great location, friendly staff
We only stayed here for two short nights to explore Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. The hotel was fabulous. Gorgeous, clean and the hotel staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The pool was also wonderful. Short tuk tuk ride to town and close to the temples. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to the area.

A great getaway
We stayed here for a night and loved it. From the staff, to the wonderful food and great location. It was really a wonderful and friendly place to stay. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us navigate the sights of Siem Reap.

Great place to stay, though it's not within walking distance of the main Siem Reap town area.

tres bel hotel mais le service du petit déjeuner aurait besoin de s'ameliorer. Il faut courir apres les couverts, demander qu'on recharge le buffet..,

Poolen inte ren och dyrt vatten
Rummet var bra, vi hade två rum där barnen hade sitt eget. Wifin var också bra. Det som drog ner intrycket av vistelsen var poolen som inte var ren dessutom var poolkanten mycket hal så jag ramlade och bröt tån! De sa också att vattnet var gratis men när vi checkade ut fick vi betala 10 dollar. De gav en besk eftersmak.

ホテルは空港からは近いけど、市街地からは遠いです。ホテルお抱えのトゥクトゥクがホテルのそばにいるので問題ないけど、やっぱり少し高めに御値段言われます。あと、空港とホテル間の送迎サービスは行きは電話かメールで問い合わせしないといけないので、要注意。 日本人スタッフはいませんが、ホテルの人はとても親切でした！ ホテルのプールがあったけど、水深がすごく深かった…(笑)

ピックアップ忘れ、バスルームの衛生環境悪し、朝食のお弁当サービスなし。
事前連絡していたのに関わらず、ピックアップを忘れられていた。空港到着後に電話連絡にてスタッフがアレンジした。 バスルーム、部屋ともに老朽化が進んでおり、排気ファンが取り付けられていないため悪臭あり。

Great hotel, fantastic staff but poor location.
We had a plesant stay here for two nights during my birthday. The staff was great and very helpful. On my birthday they brougt us breakfast in bed and sung the Happy Birthday song. I also got a well decorated birthday cake form the hotel. The hotel pool is nice and we enjoyed laying there in the sun. The only big issue we had was the hotel's location. It is a bit far away from the central and most of Siem Reap's attractions. It is easy to get tuk tuks and cabs but the ride gets pricey because of the distance.

Generally good, but a little dated
We stayed for 10 days at Empress Residence over Christmas 2015. The hotel is on the main highway from the Airport into Siem Reap which for us was a good location, we don't like the hustle and bustle of the centre of a town. The good: Breakfast buffet, helpful staff for the most part, a good size pool, excellent gateway for Angkor Wat. The average: The room could have more storage space and another chair to sit in (while reviewing photos etc..) The not so good: Other guests were not always well behaved, the sun area loses the sun halfway through the day Overall - pretty good midrange hotel, though I'm not sure we'd stay there again.

Nice hotel between Angkor Wat and Siem Reap
Empress was a clean and nice hotel with the feeling of being a relict of the past, too, not modern but not completly unmodern. Location was great, they claimed 5 minutes to Angkor Wat and Siem Reap both, but in reality it was a bit longer. Either way, being centrally located between both worked for us! Didnt try breakfast or pool area due to own time restrains.

Great value, will return
Comfortable one night stay, ideally located near the airport as I arrived on business and was immediately off again the next morning. The room was fully functional, with cable TV , free WiFi, the bath tub was a nice addition, although the bed was hard and is a minor gripe since value for money was most important and the Empress certainly delivered value with complimentary breakfast included. I got a lot for my money and I would return again next trip. Friendly and obliging staff makes it a no brainer. Thanks to one and all!

One notch away from perfect.
Really enjoyable stay - very impressed with the hotel. Nice pool, clean facilities. Only a short 3$ tuk-tuk ride into town. Only thing was the bed was very very hard - may have just been our room but just something to consider. Overal would recommend this place though - especially for the price we paid!

Great value for money
We stayed four 4 nights in this hotel and the service is great. When I booked it online, I made a special request for airport pickup, I tried to call the hotel number prior to our flight but my call won't go through so I thought no airport pick up at all. I was surprised when they were able to arrange airpo pickup for us. Our flight was delayed hence driver waited for so long. Location is near airport. When we arrived in the hotel, we were given welcome drinks and cold towels. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is also good but they open a bit late. We were informed that breakfast starts at 5:30AM so on our last day we woke up early to catch our flight to Vietnam and have our breakfast first but we waited till 6AM, restaurant is still closed. We left the hotel with empty stomach. Hotel location is a bit far from downtown. Service is excellent and good value for money
