저는 가족 여행을 하면서 이 호텔을 이용했는데 조용한 분위기에 생각보다 청결한 방때문에 좋은 휴식시간을 가질 수 있었고 직원들이 모두 친절해서 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔, 정말 좋았습니다. 처음 떠나는 자유여행이라 일정, 교통편 등등에 대해 고민이 많았는데 호텔에서 안내를 잘 해줘서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 호텔의 위치도 시내와 유적지 중간에 있어서 유적지관광, 쇼핑 모두 편리했습니다. 1. 여행초보자들에게 좋습니다. 압살라 공연도 안내해주고, 앙코르 유적지를 다닐때 타는 툭툭이도 코스별로 요금을 책정해 놓아서 초보여행자도 쉽게 다닐수 있었습니다. 유적지 다닐때는 툭툭이 기사가 시원한 생수도 준비해 주고, 툭툭이 요금은 시내서 잡아 타는 툭툭이보다 훨씬 저렴합니다. 2. 와이파이 잘 터집니다! 데이터 로밍 정액제로 해서 갔는데, 씨엠립 공항에서만 되고 다른 곳에선 안되더라구요. 절대 하지마세요. ㅠㅠ 3. 직원분들 친절하고, 영어 못하는 우리 얘기도 눈치로 잘 알아듣습니다. ^^ 4. 조식 괜찮습니다. 여러가지 메뉴가 있어 골라 먹을 수 있습니다. 개인적으론 토스트에 스크램블, 베이컨이 맛있었고, 팬케익도 추천합니다. 5. 침실은 편안했고, 위생상태는 창틀에 먼지가 있긴 하지만 침대, 욕실 등 다른 곳은 괜찮습니다. 먼지가 많이 날리는 동네라 약간의 먼지는 이해되더군요.

Very classical mood, but not so clean..
The hotel is near to the airport, ad very convinient to go AnkorWat. the facility is nice, bed is very big and comportable.. However, the cleaning is not vey good. I put the towel on the pillow, and go tour, and comback, the still same conditon, the coffee plate, and spoon, still remain as dirt. Hygiene is only lack of this hotel, but it could be all. ...

사진과 많이 다른 호텔분위기
객실은 깨끗한편인데, 사진속에 나오는 수영장은 너무 작고, 로비와 객실은 너무 어둡다. 조식을 먹다 상한과일을 먹고 배탈이 나서 하루종일 고생해서 그다음날 조식을 먹지않았다. 그리고, 식당에 직원한명빼고는 전체적으로 불친절해서 다시 가고픈생각이 안드는 호텔이다. 도심과 너무 많이 떨어져있어서 걸어다닐수 없고, 주변에 걸어다니면서 쇼핑할수있는곳도 없는 위치에 있다.그리고 사진과 호텔분위기는 많이 다르다.

친절한 직원, 편안하고 조용한 호텔
직원들이 정말 친절했어요. 그리고 밖에서보다 저렴한 비용으로 호텔직원이 툭툭으로 앙코르와트 하루종일 구경시켜주었는데 아주 친절하시고 편하게 여행할 수 있었답니다. 수영장은 작지만 오히려 개인 수영장처럼 조용하고 좋았습니다. 머무는 기간동안 아이가 장염에 걸려 고생했는데 호텔 식당에서 메뉴에 없는 죽을 만들어달라고 부탁했는데 기꺼이 만들어주셨어요. 큰 길과 좀 떨어져 있어 조용하고 한적하게 잘 쉬다왔습니다. 다음번에 씨엠립에 간다면 또 머물고 싶습니다.

일단 직원분들 너무너무 친절하시구요 저녁에 시내나갈땐 툭툭이로데려다주시고 에어컨도 빵빵! 밥두.맛있어요 따신물도 잘나와요~~ 위치가 좀 다른데보단 멀어거 걸어다니긴 좀 부담이 되요 와이파이는.잘 잡히는데 우리방에는.잘 안잡혀서 고생했어요 그래두 가격대비.완전 대 만족

Good service
All service of the hotel was good. only one thing to be changed was "hot water". The boiler was so small to take a bath. it was good for a quick shower. and If you like a short distance from the pub street, please go another hotel.

スタッフの皆さんは親切で感じ良かったです。設備は、料金を考えれば十分なレベルです。清掃はキレイにできていて不快感はありませんでした。繁華街までは少し遠いですが、歩ける距離でした。

Misleading information in description
The hotel is ok. Nothing fancy but according to the price. We didn’t see any other guests in our three day stay which seemed a bit weird. The location is great as it’s very close to Angkor. In the description it says that they arrange free transportation to the airport (one way not return) however they told us that they don’t do that anymore. The airport has changed location and they no longer provide that service. This is quite annoying as it was one of the reasons we chose this place instead of others.

Such a cool hotel! It's filled to the brim with Buddist and Hindu artifacts and art. Very unique space. Rooms were a good size, had AC and the pool was lovely. You are a little ways from the action of downtown Siem Reap but there's always a tuktuk nearby to head to wherever you need to go. Extremely convenient location for Angkor Watt! It's situated directly along the road leading into the Angkor area and worked very well for us.

I can't say enough nice things about the hotel and staff! The interior is simply amazing! It is the most beautiful woodwork I have seen in Asia. The staff is the best people I have meet here and we're the best. It's within walking distance to Angkhor Wat and downtown, but you can opt for a $3 ride too. This is the place to stay if you are in the area!

スタッフは親切で私の拙い英語でもバイクレンタルや空港までの送迎の手配などしてくれて助かった。 エレベーターはなく階段の上り下りになるが部屋は綺麗だった。 気になるところはしばらくお湯を出しっぱなしにすると冷たくなるくらいで値段の割に満足できた。 アンコールワットと中心街の真ん中に位置しているのでバイクでそこら中まわれた。

Dark, spooky, too much wood, poor lighting throughout, rusty pipes, stained bath tub, saw a huge rat in the garden near the restaurant. Plus points: comfortable bed, proximity to Angkor Wat.

很好的酒店
酒店不在市中心，但乘坐tuk tuk進出也是非常方便。 訂房不久便收到酒店的電郵可以提供機場接送服務；到達當天，tuk tuk司機已在機場等候著，雖然未能即時check-in(到達時仍是早上），但負責人很熱心提議可參觀遊覽的地方，又為我們安排交通。房間很美，我們住的是特大雙人床房間，大大的木床有蚊帳，又有小露台，冷氣充足，洗手間也寬敞潔淨；入住兩晚包了早餐，也是非常豐富！

Yes, this place shines.
Very helpful staff and excellent location. Booked transportation and activities for us. Extemely helpful. Even provided free pickup from the airport. Very nice place to stay. Only drawback...Breakfast took a while--a little slow.

Zimmer Buchung war eine Junior Suite die wir auch in Thailand hatten. Dagegen war hier das Zimmer sehr einfach. Dusche funktionierte nur kaltes Wasser. Bett war bequem.

Lovely hotel, BEWARE of help for travel arrangment
Lovely stay.Good location +good facilities.Deluxe room-very nice.Staff very pleasant and helpful.However,PEOPLE BEWARE the 'helpful'guy in charge of organising transport-Had intended to take a mini-bus from Siem Reap-Battambang, overnight there,then continue by mini-bus to Phnom Penh,but persuaded by promises of a taxi-driver friend who would go off the beaten track for the first part to Battambang to show us a little of the surrounding countryside in addition to a detour to the mountain monastery,we opted for this & the offer of arranging the mini-bus for our onward journey from Battambang.Unfortunately,this arrangement was mis-sold- the'detour'did not happen and the route taken was exactly that which the mini-bus would have taken.Furthermore, when he made the arrangement for the onward mini-bus,the detail that we would need picking up from our hotel was not advised(despite reassuring us this had been done!)resulting in the mini-bus leaving without us leaving us stranded in Battambang. Then had the additional expense of having to stay an additional night there,despite already having paid for hotel at our destination as well as having to re-buy our mini-bus tickets for the next day.The guy at the hotel who was responsible insisted via a receptionist that he would not pay for either of the added expenses that were incurred and furthermore,did not apologise and even refused to speak to us!Bad,very bad. Lesson learnt: ARRANGE YOUR OWN ONWARD TRANSPORT

The room was clean, the bed was great. The bathroom fixtures were a little worn but everything worked. The staff is very welcoming. The location is not in the middle of town, so not a ton of things to do near by. Also a taxi driver warned me there are motorcycle pick pockets nearby at night that like to grab purses and bags that are hanging off one shoulder. He recommended I carry my shoulder bag across my chest, rather than hanging loose off one shoulder. Daytime felt quite safe and typical for Siem Reap; night time did feel a bit dark outside as the street isn't well lit.
