“Hi This place is great lots of birds at tree level and the his and hers showers are a nice touch. It's quite a walk up to some of the rooms so bear that in mind. The hotel restaurant is good and is also close to another new restaurant on the beach. The breakfast was great and the hosts were good. One the nicer places in drake bay but also slightly expensive, I will also mention the mosquito grills on the vents did let small flies in but I was at the start of the rainy season too. “Everything about our stay at Tropical Beach was excellent. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and they made arrangements for us to park and receive our key after hours. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. “We loved our stay. All of the on-site meals were delicious and there were so many options to choose from. There were also a variety of unique drinks at the bar. Property grounds are beautiful with many plants and birds. The lounge net in front of the pool is a great place to watch the sunset with views down the mountain of Uvita beach. There is also a gorgeous yoga shala with the same views and yoga props available if you wish to practice on your own, plus yoga classes according to the schedule....
