"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. Skiing experience smooth and easy thanks to the ski booth in the hotel as well as transfer services to the town and back to the hotel. Super relaxing spa area perfect after a ski day. "Terrible hotel. Do not book. Filthy dirty, in desperate need of a refurb or maybe even knocking down and starting again. Because it’s such a hole, it’s used for school trips so we were on a floor with about 50 teenagers banging and crashing around, out of control by their teachers, running around the corridors and shouting until late at night. Everything about this place is rough. I’d sleep in the car if this was the only option. "
