Check in and check out was very easy. Hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. There were a large selection of channels to choose from for entertainment. And finally the breakfast was very nice

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. But the free breakfast, although tasty, was pretty small and there was not enough. I waited for biscuits to be refilled for over 30 min and they never came. When the sausage was refilled it was like 10 sausage links, and then no more for another 30 min. For as many people I saw, there should be more food or quicker refills on food when empty.

We were very happy with our king suite. It was roomy, plenty of space for luggage. Great water pressure in shower. The room was very clean. Loved the pillows. Bed was a bit stiff for me, but I have back problems. Staff was all professional and courteous. Location was great. Plenty of food options nearby. Was close to Tombstone and Kartchner caverns. Would definitely stay there again.

Not much to eat in the breakfast bar if you are GF. Glad to see our tax dollars are supporting the army men and women staying there to work on the border. Although I believe they are not stopping them entering but probably processing them in!

Check in was prompt and professional. Room was ready and clean at check in. Breakfast this morning was terrible. Egg white omlet was chewy and tasteless, turkey sausage was uneatable and both were lukewarm as were the potatoes. Ended up only eating a cinnamon roll which was quite good and hot under a heat lamp. Room cleaning service knocked on our door before 9 AM? We had not checked out and there was no card to hang on door for privacy.

A gem of a hotel!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I had to go to Sierra Vista for a memorial. In the past when I have visited, I had stayed at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott and wanted to book that again but the room was over $400! A room over $400 in Sierra Vista is ridiculous! Even the nicest resorts in Tucson weren't that much. I saw the Holiday Inn Express and it had a very good rate. Admittedly, I'm a bit of a hotel snob and was apprehensive to stay there. But, I was only going for one night and hoped it would be decent. I should also add that it had great reviews. I was so impressed by this place! Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds (with amazingly soft sheets), bathroom amenities (including liquid hand soap!) and spacious. It was everything I wanted in a room. The next time I visit Sierra Vista, I will definitely stay here and will recommend it to anyone needing a hotel. While I can't speak for other Holiday Inn Expresses, this one is a gem!
