"All in all from the moment of arrival the staff were awesome and helpful, the facilities of breakfast was amazing. Sadly I couldn’t use the spa as I needed a dressing gown which unfortunately the hotel did not have facility to provide. Also the room was windowless and this wasn’t stated on the info, it just said compact room. Despite no window, the hotel is well placed to explore Stockholm. So I’d stay at the hotel again but make sure I had a room with a window. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned as I have been accustomed to with other hotels offering a daily automatic clean. But, I didn’t book the hotel. It was a treat from family. I enjoyed my visit to Stockholm and as a solo traveller it was a lovely trip."

"I arrived after midnight and found two pleasant, professional staff who quickly got me to my room and into bed. Next morning when I ran down for breakfast I was again greeted by friendly staff who prepared for me an omelette made to order and a fine young man who topped up my coffee while I sat at the table. Nice!"

"The hotel was clean, the beds are comfortable, the pillows a bit lumpy for me, the doors are heavy and slam, not very soundproof, as neighbouring rooms kept slamming and the room was very hot which still had me nearly all night and a flight at 7am, ended up opening the window at 2am but my room was near the main road side, so then the vehicles kept me awake 😕,"

"The hotel is in the airport which makes it easy to catch an early morning flight. It's a 5 minute walk to terminal 5 or 4. There are other hotels around the airport but you must take shuttle to the airport. The people were very nice at reception. There is small gym. The facility is very new and clean. The free breakfast with the room is very nice with wide range of hot and cold foods starting at 4 am. Really enjoyed staying here."

"I had a long layover at night and this hotel was a life saver. I didn’t even need to take a shuttle from my gate to the hotel. There’s self check in kiosks if you don’t feel like talking to anyone. The rooms are really nice and the food is really good too. Staff is really friendly and helpful as well!"
