"Good room with plenty of amenities, a little on the small size. Staff went out of their way to deal with an issue in the room. Breakfast had a superb selection of delicious items. Airport shuttle was on time and extremely useful. More attention needed with cleaning, particularly nooks and crannies around doors and ledges."

"The hotel looks nice until you reach the room. Everything looked better than the room did. The room was ok but not what I expected. The room had an akward set up and the carpet was all stained. The door was so heavy to open that it would be difficult for some people. The biggest downside was the room that we had. Looked nicer in the pictures. The location worked well as it was close to public transit, attached to a mall and close enough to the places we wanted to see. The staff were also great and helpful. They were able to help with any questions that we had. "

"All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!"

"Not sure when this property opened. It is in as new condition. Room was not large, but made perfect use of available space. Perfect for a night in transit at Hong Kong International Airport. After receiving booking confirmation the hotel provided very specific information regarding the free shuttle along with other options to get to the property. Shuttle worked well in both directions."

"This hotel is a great alternative to staying in the hectic centre of Hong Kong. Just 10 minutes from the airport (but not affected by noise), it's a boutique style hotel with outdoor space, a pool and close connections to the MTR train to Central Hong Kong (about 30 minutes away). The bar and outdoor lounge have great views of the nearby mountains. The hotel connects directly to a shopping centre with bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again."
