"Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected. The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead. "Hotel was well situated to get the bus into Catania or walk if feeling fit! Our room was nice, comfy bed but had issue with ants! Hotel came to deal with them immediately but they were still quite a lot in the room and bathroom. We also had a blocked sink which again they dealt with. Breakfast was typically European with nice pastries, cakes were pretty tasteless though and scrambled eggs were often cold which wasn't great. Restaurant had good food, very tasty but pricey; €18 for a pretty bland mozzarella and tomato salad Overall we'd give it 3.5 stars."

"We only stayed one evening on our last night in Catania. We loved having parking and a pool our family. We chose as family suite which was enormous ! Overall a great option if you want to be away from the main tourist area. It’s not walking distance to the historical centre, you will need to use taxis or rent a car."

"We booked Superior room with sea view and terrace. You could see the sea on the distance. Clean room, full size Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. No iron in room but can be requested. Inside bar was never open, only the poolside bar. Marco in the bar was excellent. English for some bar/restaurant staff was not so good but always got our point across. Lovely clean beach, only downside is the peddlers who constantly bug you selling stuff. Lots of loungers and umbrellas. Excellent hotel but could do with a convenience store for water, chips as the closest shop is 25 min walk. Asked for my water bottle to be filled last night and was given ice told no water. Excellent pool and reception staff were extremely friendly."

"City center location and in a very quiet street but only two blacks away from the busy city center! The hotel is a bit old in terms of physical condition, no drinking cup in the room, one of the room refrigerator is too noisy. But rhe staff was very friendly and professional at check in as well as provide volet parking which is essential for us!"
