Hello Evelyn!Thank you for your time an feedback regarding your stay! I sincerely apologize for any confusion but housekeeping did NOT steal any of your belongings. ALL of our housekeeping staff have been with us for years and are absolutely trustworthy. They ALWAYS bring down anything and everything that they find regardless of value. We did call you because you left a scarf behind and when our front desk agent went to get the form to have UPS send the item to you, you hung up. Have you checked ALL of your luggage as you may have placed in elsewhere? I apologize if your item was misplaced but I can assure you that our housekeeping staff does not hold anything and bring down everything.

Our standard check-in time is at 3 PM. We do our best to get rooms ready as quickly as possible but at times, we are limited to what we can do. I hope you understand. As far as the missing toilet paper, I apologize. I will make sure to let our housekeeping supervisor know of your concerns to have our housekeepers keep a better eye out. As for the towels, we put a set of two in all the rooms and because we gave you the first room that was available AND clean, we were not able to update the number of guests for the reservation. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will make sure to try and keep better tabs on your concerns and make each and every visit in the future a great one.
