ベッドがないことは承知していましたが、仮眠できる程度のソファがあると思っていました。ただの椅子が並んでいるだけで、空港のロビーにいるのとあまり変わりませんでした。T3のトランジットホテルは一応ベッドらしいものがありましたが。これならロビーの仮眠区画にいたほうが良かったです。

隣で深夜工事中でした

予約でトラブルがありましたがスタッフが懇切丁寧にフォローしていただきました。 でも隣での工事作業音は酷かったです。 たまたま耳栓を持っていたので何とかなりました。

Stayed here just for a few hours though, it was a good experience. The nap room was too cold though, I can understand someone prefer cooler temperature. The staff was great. Although I had a bit tricky request at that time, they could resolved it nicer, especially handing over my request internally perfectly.

Don’t bother

The chairs are completely uncomfortable. The charging points are inconvenient and the food is awful. You’re better off finding a seat in the airport itself. It’s a complete waste of money. Don’t bother.

The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport.

It beats the hassle of rushing in the early transport booking and missing some items to bring along the way. The food and drinks are basic as it is late in the night, For those who prefer solid night sleep and rest, this option is not for them as you need to rest on a chair which is not OSIM compatible.
