I have stayed at many hotels in Asia over many years. For the money I paid this hotel has been the worst, in all categories, I have experienced. I do not recommend staying at this hotel under any circumstances.

Towel in the ceiling

Towel was used to stop air conditioner's dripping by stuffing the towel into the panel. Staff was not helpful at all to rectify the situation. Unfortunately this website refused to let me upload the photo of the air conditioners.

Misleading room Photos and real life room

hotel is small, no elevator, very very dirty, lots of cockroaches crawling around, you don't even know if there are roaches under the bed! no hair dryer, bad condition water heater so you had to buy mineral waters outside to survive

ゲイラン地区の普通のホテル

ゲイラン地区にある普通のホテル。シンガポールにしては安いのかもしれないけど高い。 部屋も薄暗く、アメニティも歯ブラシ、タオルのみ。 早朝出発の短期滞在だったので気にはならなかったけど、次はほかの地区にするかな。 周囲には、少し歩いたところにコンビニや飲食店も多く、汚い冷蔵庫はあるので不自由はしないです。

Das Check-in bereitete schon Probleme. Die Dame beim Empfang war nicht auf uns vorbereitet und das Zimmer musste noch gemacht werden, außerdem fragte sie, ob das Zimmer schon bezahlt wäre, obwohl wir ihr die Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt haben. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock und es gab keine Fahrstühle! Was bisschen schockierend war, war dass das Zimmer bei der Ankunft offen war, ist anscheinend normal bei allen freien Zimmern. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr gut, es wurde stets alles sauber gemacht. Das Bad war sehr klein, die Toilette ist sehr klapperig, bei Betätigung der Spülung kommt Wasser raus. Der Wasserhahn des Waschbecken quietschte, wenn der Wasserhahn nicht komplett zugedreht war. Das Hotel liegt im Rotlichtviertel. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, würden es aber nicht mehr buchen, auch weil wir nun wissen, dass es im rotlichtviertel liegt.
