โVery pleased with our stay! It felt a bit like going back in time with a physical key and registration card. The man working the desk was kind, and the ice maker in the lobby had GREAT ice that we lived chomping on. The family suite worked well for our family with the two beds and pull-out couch. The bathroom was nice, and everything was clean. My husband walked over to Wendyโs while we swam in the nice pool. Thankful for this affordable motel close to Niagara!โ
โCheck in was very smooth and the desk clerk was very friendly. This guy place was a classic motel where you can park your car right in front of room door which makes it convenient. The room was nice and simple. Very clean. They have the cutest poolโฆ.its small but very clean and has chairs and loungers around. The area has a lot of stores and restaurants and conveniently located close to Niagara Falls. Weโd definitely stay here again. โ
โFirst af all, everything wasn't really bad as this price.
But, there are few things I'm disappointed.
1. Wi-fi: signal was very LOW (like always).
2. Service: The Owner was VERY polite, friendly, and make me feel comfortable.
But, they don't provide NO tooth brush, tooth paste, and no extra towels.
3. Size of room was ok, but compare between pictures from website, room space is very tight.โ
โIt was clean and decent place to spend a night. Breakfast was served very simple , waffles, cereal, bread, yougurt and juice. Not a healthy option. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean. The beds were comfortable Not a bad experience.โ
โThe rooms were spacious and great for my two dogs. Even though the property was olderโฆit was very clean and the grounds well kept. I really enjoyed having close dining options and easy access to the highway and shopping! Iโve stayed here a few times now and I would recommend it to anyone traveling with pets!โ
โThere wasn't anything we didn't like. The house is on a street of historic homes, beautiful. Our room was small and cozy. Everything was well kept and clean. Breakfasts were amazing! Dan and Jamie were very personable and friendly. We would definitely recommend The Butler House. โ
โBeautiful inn and restaurant. Includes a great free breakfast every morning. Best location in the area. Right across from Niagara Falls State Park. โ
