Budget hotel but very well maintained. You can tell it’s older but they have remodeled and kept it up to date. Very clean room, a/c worked great, ice machine was clean, shower pressure was excellent. Went for a run in the morning to a little lake a few blocks away. Perfect location for quiet neighborhoods but close enough for restaurants and shopping.

Great for a one night stay. We had trailers with UTVs on and couldn't park them on the property. Had to park on the street. There wasn't much of a breakfast. There is a nice sports bar and a Perkins within walking distance. Our rate. Was 100.00 per night through expedia.
