The location and comfort was fine. However, the place needed a clean-up in general. Mold in a few places, pool down for remodeling and we weren't informed. Breakfast was ok, plus an interior garden to walk and enjoy.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The website said breakfast was included however they had cancelled the breakfast service after we had registered. We were informed in the morning as we tried to enter breakfast room. The person at the front desk informed us and other guests with as much patience as she could. Bad management as they were not there to handle the situation.

The employees arguing, outside appears empty, on checkout morning we were loading car at 9am and employee was already in our room nosing around we wasn't even done loading yet. She went into another room and people were still there taking showers. Check out wasn't until 11am. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean

Old motel but clean and friendly staff

Staff was grest but first 5hey checked us into an already occupied room. New room light bulbs we burned ol, but clean and friendly staffut and toilet was plugged 🔌 and wouldn't flush. She would give us a new room if we wamted to, but she got the toilet to flush very slowly and we didn't want to move every, too late at night

Pool is closed, breakfast bar was hardly edible. And the room looked nothing like its picture. Was very dark and gloomy. My kitchenette consisted of a kureg on top of a microwave on top of a mini fridge. The electrical outlet by the bed had an electrical adapter on it, and the outlet itself wasnt even attached to the wall. I think the person before me spilt something on the floor cause there was a wet spot. The hotel needs a complete renovation is the best I can say.and sound dampening. I heard every noise my neighbors made. The staff were the 1 good part of this stay. They were very friendly.

Decent for price

Check in was slow- but that’s because there was a new person training. Hallways were very humid. Walked into the room and looked really nice. Room was cool temp. Only complaint was that the shower walls were obviously not wiped down recently.

Promised a rebate, but they were gone by morning and that never happened. That aside, it was remarkably clean for a budget hotel. Once they get management figured out it'll be a good place to catch some zzz's

No cover on AC; drapes falling off rod; bathroom door catches on new floor tile. We knew at $100/night we weren't at the Ritz. We also bought air freshener as room was smelly. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly... we did have trouble communicating with maintenance man from Nicaquara.

Perfectly priced for family

We stayed with our family for the state track meet. I had been before and knew the beds were very comfortable even if the rooms were dated. This stay we got one of the updated rooms so it was actually much nicer than my first visit. It had a larger fridge and nice microwave. As I said before the beds are comfortable. They allowed pets at no extra charge. My kids really enjoyed the pool area. It's smaller but has zero entry for little kids and a slide for bigger kids. The breakfast wasn't the best I have had but it was food. This is a great budget hotel!!

Check in was quick and easy, however our room was not that great. The floor felt as if it was soaked and just left sticky, there was heavy mildew smell in the bathroom, and the window was absolutely filthy. The morning we had checked out we had found a yogurt container in their breakfast area that had mold on it.

We were stopped for one late overnight stay. The reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. We needed an early start for the long drive ahead so they arranged to have the breakfast open a bit early so we could. King bed and room was extremely comfortable.

I didn't even stay.. checked in and it was eerie with some interesting people. Went to the pool and the waterside wasn't even on, not that i would use it though because the stairs looked NASTY. The only reason for two stars is because the front desk lady was super nice.
